Media Arts Project – Fall 2015

Photos show just a few of this spring’s project based learning activities. In high school science classes, students researched the scientific effects behind pollution in our Lake Atitlan. The high school geometry class focused on a project titled, The Art of Triangles, while kindergarten focused on a social studies project discussing issues facing local animals.

This spring students had the idea to leave something at AMA that would last forever. A garden made out of recycled materials is in the works, as students redesign an unused back alley way.
