West Side Story
AMA’s production of “West Side Story” was our biggest and best yet! Over 400 people saw the show, directed by our fantastic theater teacher, Andy Hauty. Helping Andy were Jobi Dan’sy and Alicia Robinson in choreography, and David Sherman with musical direction. A million thanks to all the actors, dancers, and many parents and teachers who helped, with special shout-outs to Ana Cayax, Irene Cordedda, Sid Eschenbach and stars Elena Vickers, Asa Monroe, Pablo Cordedda, Luna Baxter and Tai Balam Dupree.
La producción de “West Side Story” fue la más grande y la mejor en nuestra historia. Más que 400 personas asistieron al show, que fue dirigido por nuestro maestro querido de teatro Andy Hauty. Ayudándole a Andy había todo un equipo: especialmente Jobi Dan’sy y Alicia Robinson con la coreografía y David Sherman con la dirección musical. Mil veces gracias a todos los actores, bailadores, madres y padres de familia y profesores que ayudaron, con saludos especiales para Ana Cayax, Irene Cordeada, Sid Eschenbach y los/las protagonistas Elena Vickers, Asa Monroe, Pablo Cordeada, Luna Baxter y Tai Balam Dupree.
